DEOS GROUP: WEBSITE ACCESSIBILITY STATEMENT

Last Updated: August 2026

At DEOS Group (DEOS Group.co.uk Limited), we are committed to ensuring digital inclusion and accessibility for all visitors to our marketing campaign portal (https://deosgroup.co.uk). We believe our services should be accessible to everyone, regardless of their physical ability, device type, or assistive technology requirements.

To fulfill this commitment, our landing page infrastructure has been developed following the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG 2.2), Level AA conformance criteria

ACCESSIBILITY ADJUSTMENTS ON THIS SITE

1. Built-In Accessibility Features

Our platform leverages native structural coding architecture to deliver a seamless user experience. When navigating our campaign page, you should be able to:

  • Zoom Without Distortion: Zoom in up to 300% on a desktop browser layout without text breaking, clipping, or spilling awkwardly off the edge of your screen.

  • Full Keyboard Navigation: Navigate all interactive sections, input forms, and machine selection options using standard keyboard shortcuts (such as the Tab and Enter keys) without relying on a mouse.

  • Screen Reader Optimization: Read our page clearly using popular screen reading applications (such as NVDA or VoiceOver), supported by a logical Document Object Model (DOM) ordering structure that reads naturally from top-to-bottom and left-to-right.

  • High Contrast Text Elements: Experience typography layouts with carefully balanced colour-contrast ratios to ensure optimal scannability for users with visual impairments.

2. Known Accessibility Limitations

While we strive to ensure absolute accessibility across our entire web canvas, we recognize that digital layouts often present minor technical edge cases.

  • PDF Documentation Accommodations: Our primary downloadable document—the Pay-As-You-Go Print Programme Specifications Pack—is rendered in a stylized, high-contrast PDF layout. While it has been formatted for readability, some heavy tabular columns or data specifications matrices inside the document may not be fully optimized for older legacy screen readers.

  • Our Solution: If your assistive technology struggles to parse our PDF brochure file, please call our support loop directly at 023 8063 8641 or email info@deosgroup.co.uk. Our administrative team will gladly read out the text or provide a plain-text document alternative.

3. Reporting Accessibility Issues & Feedback

We actively monitor our digital spaces to maintain a welcoming experience. If you encounter a digital barrier, find an unmapped link, or discover text that is difficult to scan while evaluating our Pay-As-You-Go print offer, please let us know.

We take all feedback seriously and aim to address reported technical issues within three (3) business days. Please reach out to our digital administrator with details regarding the problem and your device setup:

  • Corporate Phone Line: 023 8063 8641

  • Compliance Email Hub: info@deosgroup.co.uk

  • Postal Address: DEOS Group, Hampshire & National Support Network Hub

4. Technical Specifications Validation

The accessibility of this landing page relies heavily on the following underlying web technologies to work cohesively with your web browser and assistive tools:

  • HTML5 (HyperText Markup Language)

  • CSS3 (Cascading Style Sheets)

  • WAI-ARIA Attributes (Web Accessibility Initiative - Accessible Rich Internet Applications)

These core technologies are verified to conform to WCAG 2.2 Level AA guidelines across all updated mobile and desktop operating systems.
